2. News Trading Margin Rules

While the base account leverage remains the same during news, new positions opened within the "News Window" (15 minutes before to 15 minutes after high-impact events) are capped at 1:500 leverage.

1:2000 accounts: Margin required increases by 4x
1:1000 accounts: Margin required increases by 2x

3. Lot Size Margin Multipliers

For all standard accounts (excluding Promo, Cent, and NDB), margin requirements increase based on total volume:

Over 1.0 Lot: Margin used is doubled (2x)
Over 1.5 Lots: Margin used increases to 2.5x
